Fixed Head Lathes

Torneria Automatica Faentina has 9 computerised lathes; 3 of these are fixed head lathes for short turning parts and 6 are mobile spindle lathes for very long turning parts.

The fixed head lathes are GRAZIANO, DMG and AKEBONO with maximum bar passage of 45 mm. They are suitable for medium complex and complex parts with a total maximum length which is on average two or three times the diameter.

The GRAZIANO and DMG lathes are fitted with a counter spindle and driven tools to produce parts with off-centre holes and millings
