Company Organization


Torneria Automatica Faentina has a staff of 14: 3 partners and 11 employees.

The company is managed by the partners and two shop foremen are responsible for coordinating and programming lathe production. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the orders.

The production department occupies 750 m² which is divided into storage for raw materials and finished products and an area where the parts are cleaned.

The machinery in the cleaning department includes centrifugal oil separators, sieving machines and solvent metal cleaners that ensure the parts are well greased so they may be used directly by the client on the assembly line.

Quality control is carried out during production at pre-arranged times for every part produced. All test results are recorded and kept, as well as any non-conformities. Torneria Automatica Faentina uses gauges and micrometers to check product size and these are inspected every six months with certified blocks, as well as an optical gauge and a profilometer
