specifications.
Production lots start at a minimum of 1,000 pieces and can
reach 100,000 and more for parts that are produced with
cam mechanical machinery.
Torneria Automatica Faentina boasts an impressive machinery
stock () of 38 single spindle automatic bar lathes (29
of which are mechanical), with maximum bar passage of 15
mm and 9 automatic computerised lathes with maximum bar
passage of 45 mm.
The company is specialised in working materials that are
suitable for mass production such as high speed steel (HSS),
brass, AISI stainless steel 303, aluminium, FE tubes, etc.
Parts can also be heat and surface treated upon request
